Kristen Ashley is the New York Times<\/em> bestselling author of over one hundred romance novels. She\u2019s a hybrid author, publishing titles independently and traditionally, with books translated into fourteen languages and millions of copies sold.<\/p>\n Kristen\u2019s novel, Law Man<\/em><\/a>, won the RT Book Reviews Reviewer\u2019s Choice Award for best Romantic Suspense. Her independently published title Hold On<\/em><\/a> was nominated for RT Book Reviews best Independent Contemporary Romance and her traditionally published title Breathe<\/em><\/a> was nominated for best Contemporary Romance. Kristen\u2019s titles Motorcycle Man<\/em><\/a>, The Will<\/em><\/a>, Ride Steady<\/em><\/a> (which won the Reader\u2019s Choice award from Romance Reviews) and The Hookup<\/em><\/a> all made the final rounds for Goodreads Choice Awards in the Romance category.<\/p>\n Although Kristen is super proud of all those accolades, she\u2019s just happy that\u2014after years of writing with no publisher or agent interested in what she did\u2014she now has a loyal readership who, on social media, she can share recipes with and regale with stories of her bent toward being a klutz.<\/p>\n Kristen was born in Gary and raised in Brownsburg, Indiana, but since leaving her home state (Hoosier by birth, Boilermaker by the grace of God!), she\u2019s lived in Denver and the West Country of England.
